◆ 課程介紹

This 2-day seminar will begin with a brief review of setting up the sand therapy experience and a model of the therapeutic powers of play within the sand tray. The first day will focus on several ways to deepen the client’s experience while processing completed sandtrays. This includes an in-depth use of the Homeyer & Sweeney 6-Step Protocol while integrating the play therapist’s clinical theory with a deeper use of theory in the processing stage. Also, how the play therapist develops insight through the skill of eyes-on-trays. The participant will experience how to engage the client in processing the tray with more depth, including inviting add-ons and figure-play. There will be time to play and practice – hands-in-sand! The second day will focus on an exploration of trauma-informed dynamics, what trauma work looks like in the sand tray and how the sand tray facilitates trauma work. This includes the use and importance of the trauma narrative, life narrative, and family narrative in successful treatment. The value of the family narrative and family script regarding the traumatic event will be discussed. Case studies and examples will be given. 

兩天工作坊將從簡短的回顧如何建立沙盤治療的體驗，並介紹在沙盤中遊戲的療癒力是如何展現開始。

第一天的重點在於探討多種方法，以加深個案在完成沙盤後的處理體驗。內容包含深入運用 Homeyer 與 Sweeney 的六步驟流程，同時結合遊戲治療師的臨床理論，並在處理階段更深層地應用理論。此外，也會探討遊戲治療師如何透過「專注於沙盤」的技巧來發展洞察力。參與者將實際體驗如何引導個案更深入地處理沙盤，包括邀請補充物件與物件互動。研習中也會有時間來經驗「碰觸沙子』的遊戲與練習。
第二天則著重於探討「創傷知情」的動力歷程，了解在沙盤中創傷工作的樣貌會如何展現，以及沙盤如何促進創傷工作。內容包含創傷敘事、生命敘事與家庭敘事在成功治療中的運用與重要性，並將討論家庭敘事與家庭劇本在面對創傷事件時的價值。也會有案例研討與實例的分享。

◆ 課程主旨

1. List the materials needed for a sand play therapy room.列舉一間沙盤治療室所需的材料。
2. List the 6-Step Protocol for a sand play session.列舉沙盤治療歷程的 六步驟流程（6-Step Protocol）。
3. Identify the Therapeutic Powers of Play as applied to sand therapy, including those key for the client and the play therapist.辨識並說明應用於沙盤治療中的遊戲治療因子，對來談者與遊戲治療師的關鍵作用。
4. Discuss the skill of eyes-on-trays.討論「專注於沙盤」（eyes-on-trays）的技巧。
5. Identify at least three (3) ‘add-ons’ to deepen client work.辨識至少三種能加深來談者工作的 「加成技巧（add-ons）」。
6. Identify ways to integrate clinical theory into the processing stage of the sand play therapy session.辨識將臨床理論融入沙遊戲治療歷程中 處理階段（processing stage） 的方式。
7. Identify how using sand, sand tray, and miniature figures can assist client’s ability to co-regulate with the play therapist.遊戲治療師如何透過沙子、沙盤與物件協助個案共同調節。
8. List trauma-related miniature figures, both symbols of fear and symbols of safety.列舉與創傷相關的物件，包括 恐懼的象徵 與 安全的象徵。
9. Discuss trauma and trauma-informed practice in play therapist use of sand tray.討論創傷與創傷知情實務在遊戲治療師運用沙盤時的應用。
10. List the three steps of trauma work and application to sandtray therapy within the play therapy milieu.列出創傷工作的三個步驟，並說明其在遊戲治療情境中沙盤治療的應用。
11. Identify how to use a trauma narrative and life narrative effectively with the play therapy client caregiver or adult client.辨識如何有效運用 創傷敘事（trauma narrative） 與 生命敘事（life narrative），於兒童個案的照顧者或成人個案之中。
12. Understand the perspective of sand tray as a container for trauma. 理解將沙盤視為「創傷容器」的觀點。
